SHANNON TAYLOR
Head Trainer | Holistic Nutritionist | Co-Founder
As a tenured trainer with over 12 years of client experience, Shannon values education and real word application. She has hundreds of hours of continuing education, specializing in biomechanics, hypertrophy and joint health. She became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist in 2019 and has helped many clients with digestive, autoimmune, hormone issues and of course, weight loss.
Shannon oversees the Prospera Coaching team while working with some of her own clients. She still has skin in the game and is currently a top amateur competitor pursuing her Pro Card in the Women’s Figure division of bodybuilding.

Florence Lepine
Co-Founder | Personal Trainer | Nutrition Coach
Florence has been training consistently for the past 9 years primarily alongside personal trainers who have taught her a great deal about health and fitness. She is well versed in many different training modalities and is constantly continuing her education so that she can offer the highest level of service.
She understands the close tie between physical health and mental well being and seeks to help clients live healthy well rounded lives.
As certified trainer and nutrition coach, Florence looks forward to creating meaningful partnerships with her clients so that they can work together to make lasting lifestyle improvements.
